I refer to the above contract.
I wish to raise a dispute about the above contract. A copy of this letter will also be sent to the credit provider.
I would like to raise the following dispute in relation to the goods:
e.g:
(a) The goods supplied to me under the contract are [faulty, unsuitable, etc]; and/or
(b) The goods are not of the expected quality; and/or
(c) The goods are not fit for the purpose that I intended.
and/or I would like to cancelt the contract under the guarantee.
e.g:
(a) The salesman told me that [insert details about what you were told in relation to the cancellation policy] I wish to exercise my right to cancel the credit contract and return the goods on the basis that I was told I could do so by the sales person when I purchased the goods.
[and/or] I would like to raise the following dispute about the alleged credit contract
e.g:
(a) The saleperson knew or ought to have known I could not afford the credit contract; and/or
(b) The salesperson did not tell me that there was interest.
