A further direct debit to [name of merchant] has been processed to my/our account since I notified you that the direct debit was cancelled. Please cancel the direct debit immediately and reverse the debit to my/our account processed after the direct debit was cancelled. Any interest and/or fees charged to my account as a result of the incorrect processing of the direct debit must also be reversed. I await your confirmation in writing within 7 days of the date of this letter that:
